THIS IS VERY URGENT : for participation in SPRING LEAGUE 2015
for MINI AND BANTAM BOYS:
MINI BOYS (born 2004 nad 2005)
and BANTAM: (born 2002 and 2003)
SOME OF YOU HAVE SENT (DROPPED OFF) forms for SPRING LEAGUE that starts April 11 2015, (SCHEDULE IS ALREADY OUT) , however some of you didn’t send anything…
In order for your child to participate in a LEAGUE, you have to send us signed CMBA forms found by following the link BELOW, you will find “CMBA forms” (click on blue image )…

(Link will open in new window)… those forms need to be filled out TODAY, or brought to me or sent by email or by fax 403-476-5161 ASAP ….. Those forms, are part of the possible team rosters, which will take a place in SPRING LEAGUE..
SOME OF YOU HAVE OPTED not to be a part of SPRING LEAGUE, if that’s the case just ignore this email
If forms of players are not sent today by midnight, PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE A PART IN SPRING LEAGUE at ALL…
