OUR 2019 SPRING SEASON is ready to begin …

OUR FIRST DAY of the program is scheduled for
MONDAY JANUARY 21 2019   from 6:25 PM
per following schedule:

TYKES/TINY (4-7 years old) from 6:25-7:00 pm
MINI (8-11 years old) from 7:00-7:40 pm
and
all players (12 years old +) 7:40-8:30 PM

Captain Nichola Goddard School *** MAIN GYM ***
405 Panatella Boulevard NW, Calgary, AB, Canada

**** ALL  PLAYERS  SHOULD BRING OWN BASKETBALL  *****

for PAPERWORK, and  WAIVER FORMS:
please try to arrive 5-10 min prior to the start of the practice,
& bring CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE PAYMENT,  
and applicable waiver forms all PLAYERS FOR 2019 (

we WILL NOT HAVE CERTAIN SIZES OF UNIFORMS @ the FIRST few practices ***

Please note THIS IS A NON COMPETITIVE CO-ED PROGRAM that STARTs on FRIDAY OCTOBER 12 and runs (11+ weeks) until December 17 2018

* ONLY 15 PLAYERS PER CLASS for any age group

Program Highlights
– Develop important motor skills through basic fundamentals such as ball handling, footwork, shooting, passing drills
– Learn a basic understanding of the game
– 3 on 3 or 4 on 4 game play to learn teamwork and understanding of a team oriented system

Various Elements of the game that will be thought includes shooting, passing, moving without the ball..

Young players will learn to play within a team system as each session will end in games in which players must use the concepts taught for game situations.

PLEASE NOTE: ALTHOUGH non COMPETITIVE; THIS IS A HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING PROGRAM

CMBA SPRING LEAGUE ANNOUNCEMENT:

“… a team drop out of CLUB Division A league for the remainder of the season.

Your game times for games on May 15th and 29th have changed so please NOTE
STARTING TIME for TUESDAY MAY 15 2018 is 8:15 PM instead of 6:45 PM

May 29 remains the same, opponents have been also changed”
